What do you get when a real estate agency merges with a property asset management company?

In January 2022, the nation-wide real estate agency chain Kotijoukkue Oy joined forces with FinCap Oy. The result was the full-service real estate chain Vendo, which operates in five locations: Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Seinäjoki.

When it was time to start pre-marketing a new development in Koivuhaka, Vantaa, Vendo Helsinki sales coordinator Nico Suokas turned to Visu24. Vendo's order included 3D sales images as well as a 3D sales video.

"I think the project went well", says Suokas about the cooperation with Visu24.

"We had internal communication changes in the project, and things had to be changed a bit on the fly. Your service was good, because we were able to modify the order slightly in the middle of the project. It's nice that there was flexibility on your part!"

"The order was responded to within a day, sometimes within an hour. That was also a really good thing."

Was there a lot that had to be changed in the visualizations?

"To some extent, because we had 'too many chefs in the kitchen', as they say. But the changes were made as we requested."

"The visualizations were really nice!"

"Regarding the video as well, we are satisfied with what we got. Maybe something more could have been added to the video, so that there would have been a really strong wow effect. But we are satisfied with that too."

Vantaa Neliapila Housing Co. is being built on a sunny plot in Koivuhaka, close to the services of Tikkurila and Jumbo. The housing co. will include 4 detached houses and 8 semi-detached apartments.

The child-friendly neighborhood has several kindergartens and schools, and the bus stop is just around the corner. The apartments are also designed especially with the everyday needs of families with children in mind.
