As often before, the Olas team ordered a couple of different 3D exterior visualizations for their Kyläseppä destination from Vis for their pre-marketing campaign.

The photo-realistic images make it easy to understand not only the architecture of the modern wood site, but also the yard area and the location of the site in relation to the neighbors.

Green lots are in demand in the capital region, and the leafy exteriors will hopefully appeal to customers who value living close to nature in Olas.

By the way, did you notice the leafy branch at the top of the picture, which seems to frame the whole picture?

Bright and atmospheric interior views

In the Finnish housing market, natural light is a trump card! And when the destination has it, it should definitely be presented in the marketing materials as well.

We were able to do interior shots of Olas Oulunkylän in both daytime and evening lighting.

In the daytime photos, the main role is played by the natural light invited in by the large windows, and for the evening photos, a calm and cozy atmosphere was sought.
