Bulk pricing for large image orders
When visualisations are ordered for several types of housing at once, Visu24 offers bulk pricing, which significantly reduces the price per image. Bulk prices are typically activated when a project is ordered at least 15 interior photos of several different types of apartments (for example, studios, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms).
In the Bulk model, the prices of images are determined by the type of apartment. For example, visualizations of studios start at €125 / photo, two-dimensional €135 / photo, triangles €145 / photo and squares €155 / photoThe more images ordered in the same project, the more the customer benefits from economies of scale.
A good example of this is a typical marketing project for a new property, where 15 interior photos of three different apartment types – for example, 5 photos of a studio apartment, 5 photos of a two-bedroom apartment, and 5 photos of a three-bedroom apartment.
If the same project were ordered from an operator who uses flat pricing €225 per interior photo, the total cost would be for 15 images 3375 €.
With Visu24's bulk pricing, a similar project costs approximately 2025 €This means for the customer €1350 savings, i.e. almost 40 % lower total cost without changing the image quality or delivery process.
Bulk pricing is particularly suitable for pre-marketing of new properties, where multiple images of different types of housing are needed, for example for brochures, websites and housing sales. This way, the entire visual marketing material for the property can be produced at once, efficiently and cost-effectively.
