Skarta Energy Oy is an industrial solar power project developer and electricity producer that believes that developing renewable energy will bring investments, tax revenues and jobs to Finland. Skarta believes in the power of teamwork and community, and that tomorrow cannot be changed alone.

Skarta Energy is planning a solar park with a panel capacity of 5 MWp in Korvenmäki, Salo, right next to the Korvenmäki sorting station and waste center of Southwest Finland Waste Management. The license images were ordered from Visu24.

• Our experience working with Visu has been good. I appreciated that they responded quickly to the request for a photo shoot. We had a tight deadline for the permit, Skartan Suvi Kyllönen tells the background of the collaboration.

The first rough drafts of the Korvenmäki solar park images were ready on May 12th, and the fully completed images, after two rounds of comments, were ready just five days later. Despite the tight schedule, the results were excellent and there was no criticism from the city.

• This was a one-stop-shop process, for which I also get special points for cost-effectiveness, Kyllönen thanks and says that the next step is to apply for a building permit.

Kyllönen characterizes the images and their processing, including comment rounds, as an iterative process that also depends a lot on the client themselves.

• In this case, we were at the point within a week that we had to send the city high-quality images. Requests for changes were handled very flexibly, and overall I would say that the attitude of the people at Visu24 was really great, clearly satisfied, Kyllönen praises.
