Basic solution out
Elohuvilat ordered illustrative 3D floor plans of their villas from Visu24. They wanted to bring out the functional floor plan of the villas as accurately as possible so that the customer could easily understand the yet-to-be-built space at a glance.

High-precision 360 rotation images
Eloranta of Elohuviloden wanted to invite its customers to get to know the interiors of Himoksen villas and ordered the 360 rotation images that look like Vis.
By rotating the 360-image, the customer can look around as if standing in one place, in a full 360-degree angle.
The photo-realistic spinning image shows the floor plan of the most important rooms, the log villa's gorgeous landscape windows with views, and the furnishing possibilities of the object in an experiential way. High-quality interior materials get their rights in the hands of our competent 3D modelers.
Look at the details
The villas have a lot of spectacular details both outside and inside. Here at Visu, we wanted to do justice to the high-quality design of the scarves, and to highlight the wonderful details of the architecture and interior design solutions.
In the evening-lit exterior of Villa Elegance, the best aspects of architecture come into their own, i.e. landscape windows almost the size of the entire facade, a spacious balcony and terrace, a spectacular gable roof and an elegantly lit yard.
The evening photo also illustrates the size of the very large, two-story villa.
The interior view of the same villa was made as attractive as possible with the composition of the angle of view and high-quality virtual interior design. The sales picture illustrates the subject's high room height, the beautiful wood paneling of the interior ceiling and walls, the impressive wood-paneled kitchen and the views from the windows.
The quality of the finish can be seen in the use of natural light, in the shadows and in the reflections of the glass and the oven door.
