Visu24 has bought Bevir Oy:n digital styling business. The business acquisition was implemented 1.7.2026, Beviri's digital staging, virtual interior design and virtual renovation services continue as normal under the new owner.

The corporate acquisition expands Visu24's service offering, particularly for the marketing of existing flats and properties. Until now, Visu24 has been known especially for 3D visualisations of new developments, construction projects and plans. With Bevir's expertise, we are able to serve our customers even more comprehensively also when the source material consists of photographs taken of a finished space.
In practice, we can now visualise the entire lifecycle of a property – from plans and an unbuilt site all the way to digital styling that supports the sale of an existing home.

Beviri's digitisation services continue under Visu24's ownership
Bevir is a Finnish service specialising in digital styling, which allows marketing images of apartments and other spaces to be edited without physical styling or renovation.
The transfer of Beviri's digital styling business to Visu24 brings two complementary visualisation methods under the same umbrella:
3D visualisation, when the building or space does not yet exist, and digital styling and virtual furnishing, when the starting point is a photograph taken of an existing space.
Bevir will continue its operations under its own Bevir brand and current services will continue as normal.
What do digital styling and virtual staging mean?
Digital staging, also known as virtual staging and digital interior styling, refers to the modification of a photograph so that an existing space can be digitally furnished, decorated, or renovated, for example.
Virtual furniture and interior decor can be added to a photograph of an empty flat without needing to move physical furniture into the property.
For example, digitalisation can be used to:
digitally furnish an empty flat
change the interior design style of an existing space
remove old furniture or other elements from the image
illustrate changes in surfaces and materials
show what the flat could look like when renovated
produce alternative interior design solutions for the same space.
The service is particularly well suited for the sale and marketing of homes and properties, where it is desirable to illustrate the potential of the space to the buyer.
Virtual staging, surface interior design and virtual renovation
Beviri's services bring new ways to utilise existing photographs alongside Visu24's current visualisation services.
In virtual staging, an empty space is furnished digitally. This is suitable, for example, for a newly built or vacant property for sale, where a buyer might otherwise find it difficult to visualise the scale and potential uses of the space.
In interior design, the look of an existing space can be altered digitally and the space showcased with a new layout or interior design style.
In a virtual renovation, for example, the renewal of surface materials, the kitchen, fitted furniture, or other elements of the space can be visualised without carrying out the actual renovation.
This is how a marketing image can show not only the current situation but also the potential of the property.
3D visualisation or digital staging – which should you use?
3D visualisation and digital staging solve slightly different problems.
When the building or apartment does not yet exist, the 3D visualisation is constructed based on, for example, architectural plans, floor plans, IFC models or other design material. In this way, the future building can be presented realistically even before construction is completed.
When the space already exists, but its marketing needs to be improved, digital staging can be done directly on top of the photograph.
For example, in the pre-marketing of a new development, 3D visualisations can be used even before construction begins. Once the property is completed, empty apartments can in turn be virtually furnished based on photographs.
Because of this, the services complement each other particularly well.
Broader visualisation service for construction companies and developers
Visu24's customers include construction companies, developers, property developers, pre-fabricated house manufacturers and design agencies.
For these customers, the acquisition of the Bevir business means, above all, an expansion of their service range.
Through the same partner, it will be possible in future to implement, for example, the project's:
at the design stage
3D exterior visualisations, 3D interior visualisations, architectural visualisations and visualised floor plans
in pre-marketing
sales photographs and various interior design and material variations for apartments
upon completion of the project
digital photo styling and virtual staging
in later sales
virtual renovations and other image edits that can be used to illustrate the potential of an existing home.
Our goal is to make the acquisition of construction and real estate industry visualisations as easy as possible, regardless of the stage of the project's life cycle.
How do I go about ordering digital styling?
Ordering digitisation is easy directly from Beviri from the website.

The customer logs into the Bevir system, selects the desired service and interior design style, and uploads the photos to be styled to the service.
With the order, more detailed wishes and instructions for the execution of the images can also be provided. After this, Bevir's team carries out the digital staging and the finished images are delivered to the customer via the service.
For example, you can order virtual staging for an empty apartment entirely online without a separate request for quote or a lengthy project initiation process.

New opportunities for estate agents too
Beviri's services complement Visu24's offering, particularly from the perspective of real estate agencies.
Not all properties for sale are in the best possible condition at the time of photographing. The flat may be empty, the interior decoration may make it difficult to envision the potential of the space, or the property may be in need of renovation.
Virtual interior design and digital staging can be used to show what the same space could look like, for example, furnished in a modern style.
Virtual renovation, on the other hand, can help a buyer visualise the potential of a property whose current look does not yet match their wishes.
Instead of physical styling, alternatives can be produced digitally directly into the sales images.
Visualisations for the entire property lifecycle
The acquisition of Beviri's business operations is a natural step for Visu24.
For a long time, we have been helping our customers show what a property that has not yet been built will look like.
Through digitalisation we can also help to show what an already existing space could look like.
The common denominator is visualisation: the customer, homebuyer or other decision-maker does not have to try to imagine the end result based solely on drawings, an empty room or a space in need of renovation.
Instead, the idea can be made visible.
