The Housing Foundation is one of the largest domestic owners of residential properties in Finland. It offers approximately 18,000 homes in over 30 locations and over 33,000 residents live in the apartments it manages. The Housing Foundation's housing offering includes, in addition to right-of-occupancy apartments, rental and owner-occupied apartments.

Digital marketing expert at the Housing Foundation Eerika Wikstrom has ordered images from Visu24 several times and for several locations. Wikström has been satisfied with the quality of the images and says that they have been used extensively.

– Of course, photos are important. We use them for properties under construction, making it easier for customers to imagine what the property will look like. The sizes of the apartments are also better visualized through modeled furniture and tell more than just floor plan and exterior photos, Wikström knows.

Wikström has experience with other service providers. However, the experience of dealing with Visu has been considered smooth; dealing with a familiar operator is made easier by the established routine, in which the service provider knows the customer's standards and the materials used.

– It’s good for us that we don’t have to send long lists of what we want. Visu already knows that we use mid-priced Scandinavian interior design and also knows the specific green we use with its shades and color codes. Understanding it makes everyday life easier, says Wikström.

In addition to the quality of the images, Wikström also praises the service.

– “Vistu always responds quickly and cheerfully.” The corrections and filings have been done patiently, even though I sometimes filed them a lot in the early days. However, they have learned well what we want and today the requests for corrections are few, Wikström says.
