An interesting newcomer from Rauma founded in 2022,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elokodit.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elokodit.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Renewable energy for terraced houses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elokodit is concerned about the impact of housing on the environment and the consumption of natural resources, and therefore invests in environmentally friendly construction and renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, to the construction company's newest development in Hyvink\u00e4\u00e4's&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.huoneistokeskus.fi\/uudisyhtio\/2222222-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kravunkaari 1<\/a>&nbsp;will have its own solar power with roof panels. It would be nice to suggest something, but it went really well.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pre-marketing of the Kravunkaari site is in full swing<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kravunkaari 1 is being built in Mets\u00e4kalteva's new residential area, especially popular with families, about three kilometers from the center of Hyvink\u00e4\u00e4.
